Our Refund & Returns Policy

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you would like to return them. Once we have received your request for a return, you will have another 14 days to return the goods to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the returned goods have been received and to tell you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. Within 14 days of receiving the goods back and if your refund is approved, we will refund the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost or dispatch an exchange if agreed in advance. The payment card/other payment method used to place the original order will be credited the agreed refund amount. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the delivery cost to return the goods unless the goods are faulty, do not do what they are supposed to or do not match the description given.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please see below for what to do in the case of damaged products.

Please note there are circumstances under which only partial refunds will be given, for example in the case of faulty items in gift sets.

Faulty Goods

If you are dissatisfied with any goods due to them being faulty, not matching the product description or not doing what they are supposed to at the time you receive your order, please email us at emily@peacesofmine.com. We retain the right to request the return of any damaged goods by tracked delivery or to request photographic evidence of the damaged goods via email. If the damage is agreed, a refund will be given for the returned goods in addition to any return postage charges incurred. Alternatively, if agreed in advance, an exchange will be provided in addition to a refund of any return postage charges incurred .

We will consider refunds at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
