This store is hosted on Squarespace, Inc. They provide Peaces Of Mine with the online e-commerce platform that allows Peaces Of Mine to sell products and services to you.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
The products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to Peaces Of Mine’s Return Policy (please see “Cancellation and Return Policy” section below).
Peaces Of Mine reserves the right, but is not obligated, to limit the sales of their products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Peaces Of Mine may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Peaces Of Mine reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that they offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of Peaces Of Mine. Peaces Of Mine reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
SHIPPING
Peaces Of Mine only ship within the United Kingdom. Peaces Of Mine currently uses Royal Mail to deliver most orders and Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel within 1 to 2 working days (1st Class) or 2 to 3 working days (2nd Class), including Saturdays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on circumstances affecting Royal Mail services. You will not hold Peaces Of Mine responsible for any delays, outside of their control, regarding the shipping of your box.
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email from Peaces Of Mine acknowledging that your order has been received. Orders placed by 1pm Monday-Friday, not including Saturdays or Bank Holidays, are dispatched the same day. You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order.
If you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address please contact Peaces Of Mine immediately via the contact form or email. Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched you cannot change the shipping details. Peaces Of Mine will not be responsible for any boxes delivered to the wrong address or not collected.
If you do not receive your order within 14 days of receiving your order dispatch confirmation email please contact Peaces Of Mine at emily@peacesofmine.com. If your parcel seems to have been lost in the post, a free replacement will be sent, if available. If the product/s ordered is/are no longer available, a refund will be given.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
In the case that fraudulent use has been made of your payment card by a person not acting, or to be treated as acting, as your agent, you are entitled to cancel the payment for the product/s. If your card has already been fraudulently used to make a payment, then you should approach your card issuer to re-credit your account.
Peaces Of Mine reserves the right to terminate or restrict your use of the Service, for any or no reason whatsoever. One reason that Peaces Of Mine may do so is if it is believed that you are in breach of any commitment under these terms. If your use of the Service is terminated in these circumstances, such termination would be immediate and without notice.
Peaces Of Mine follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations set out for online retailers. You must contact Peaces Of Mine within 14 days of receiving your goods if you would like to return the product/s. Once Peaces Of Mine has received your request for a return, you will have another 14 days to return the goods to Peaces Of Mine. Once your return is received and inspected, Peaces Of Mine will send you an email to notify you that the returned goods have been received and to tell you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. Within 14 days of receiving the goods back and if your refund is approved, Peaces Of Mine will refund the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost or dispatch an exchange if agreed in advance. The payment card/other payment method used to place the original order will be credited the agreed refund amount. To complete your return, Peaces Of Mine will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the delivery cost to return the goods unless the goods are faulty, don’t do what they are supposed to or don’t match the description given.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please see “Damage” section below for what to do in the case of damaged products.
Please note there are circumstances under which only partial refunds will be given, for example in the case of faulty items in gift boxes.
DAMAGE
If you are dissatisfied with any goods due to them being faulty, not matching the product description or not doing what they are supposed to do at the time you receive your order, please contact Peaces Of Mine at emily@peacesofmine.com. Peaces Of Mine retains the right to request the return of any damaged goods by tracked delivery or to request photographic evidence of the damaged goods via email. If the damage is agreed, a refund will be given for the returned goods in addition to any return postage charges incurred. Alternatively, if agreed in advance, an exchange will be provided in addition to the refund of any return postage charges incurred.
Peaces Of Mine will consider refunds for any products at their discretion and reserves the right to refuse a refund.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The price of products and delivery charges will be as quoted on this site, except in cases of obvious error.
Payment for all products must be made by debit card, credit card, or Apple Pay. American Express cards are also accepted.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Product and delivery prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Peaces Of Mine reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Peaces Of Mine shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Peaces Of Mine reserves the right to refuse any order you place. In the event that Peaces Of Mine makes a change to or cancels an order, Peaces Of Mine will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address you provided at the time the order was placed. Peaces Of Mine reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in their sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at this store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that Peaces Of Mine can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
RISK AND TITLE
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the products will only transfer to you when Peaces Of Mine receives full payment of all sums due.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may not use any products you purchase through this site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
