Shipping Options

We ship your orders with Evri (was Hermes) and offer the following delivery options:

  • Evri Standard - Aim to deliver within 2-4 working days from dispatch

  • Evri Next Day - Aim to deliver within 1-2 working days from dispatch

Your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the items.

Please note that we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch your orders within 2 working days of you placing your order. Where possible, your order will be dispatched the same working day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched which will include a tracking number.

Dispatch times may vary during busy periods so please check the announcement bar at the top of the page for up-to-date dispatch information.

Sending Gifts Directly

You can send a gift directly to your loved one and personalise your order by adding a gift message which will be handwritten for you. Just make sure to enter the recipient’s address in the Shipping section at checkout and your loved one will receive a perfectly packaged gift on their doorstep.

Packaging Materials

Gift Boxes

Our eco-conscious values aren’t limited to our self-care products, we’re also passionate about using planet-friendly packaging with zero plastic. Every aspect of our packaging has been carefully researched and sourced.

We package our gift boxes using:

  • Recyclable and compostable cardboard postal boxes made from 100% recycled paper.

  • Tissue paper made from 99% recycled pulp fibres, which is recyclable and pH neutral.

  • Compostable and recyclable wood wool packing filler from PEFC-approved forests.

  • Recyclable gift notecards printed with vegan ink.

  • Biodegradable stickers made from 100% recycled material, with vegan friendly adhesive and ink.

  • Custom stamps made from wood and eco rubber, stamped with vegan friendly, non-toxic ink.

  • Finally, every box is wrapped in 100% recycled and recyclable kraft paper for protection during transit and so your box will look as you’ve seen it with no shipping labels attached to it. A bonus is that this means you or your loved ones get to unwrap the gift, making the unboxing experience more special and exciting.

  • If you order multiple gift boxes to be delivered to the same address these will be posted together inside a larger box with recyclable paper or reused biodegradable packaging peanuts to protect them on their journey.

Our add-on gift packaging includes:

  • Biodegradable tencel ribbon which is also perfect to reuse.

  • Dried laguras (‘bunny tail’) flowers.

We encourage you to reuse as many of these materials as possible.

Individual Products

Your products will be packaged in recyclable cardboard boxes with recyclable paper or biodegradable starch packaging peanuts (dissolve in water) for protection. We reuse the majority of the packaging materials we receive in deliveries from our suppliers and will continually work to improve the sustainability of our packaging, minimising our impact on the planet.
