The Product
LSW Mind Cards are a selection of 45 cards, split across 5 categories, with techniques, actions and tools to help you slow down, become more mindful of your thoughts and feelings and live a more fulfilled, happy life. The 5 categories are Gratitude, Kindness, Ritual, Journal and Reflection, which each have their own unique benefits for your wellbeing.
The idea is to shuffle the cards and to randomly select one each day and perform the action stated on that card. Carrying out the range of positive, uplifting and calming exercises will then hopefully become a habit and help you to become more connected to yourself and create greater overall happiness. The pack is small and compact so can be easily carried around in your bag and used whenever you need a moment of calm or a mood boost.

The Business
LSW London was founded by Lili, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, who noticed back in 2018 that her clients were experiencing a big improvement by repeating positive habits on a daily basis. Lili realised that consistently carrying out small positive actions lead to her feeling happier and more fulfilled, as was also the case with her clients.
This inspired the first LSW London product, the LSW Mind Cards, which provide 45 carefully curated habits, tools and techniques for everyday life, based on the idea that it’s the small actions we carry out every day that define us. Soul Mate - Champagne & Rose Soy Candle by Yogi Candle Studio
The Product
This beautiful Champagne & Rose scented soy candle, named Soul Mate, opens with notes of freesia, pink grapefruit, bergamot and spun sugar which are complemented by light undertones of rose petals and white flowers. The blend of the floral aroma also includes a trace aftertaste of oak, musk, vanilla and tonka bean.
This candle has been lovingly handmade with natural, non-toxic ingredients and is vegan and cruelty-free. The tin can be washed and re-used or recycled after use.

The Business
Born in the summer of 2020, Yogi Candle Studio started with founder Katie’s lifelong love for candles combined with her passion for yoga she discovered at the beginning of 2020. Katie started to experiment in her small home kitchen, creating candles to use while practising yoga, and this hobby soon developed into a wonderful small business.
Katie handcrafts a beautiful range of planet-friendly, small-batch, highly scented candles and wax melts in Staffordshire to promote self-love and positivity. Yogi Candle Studio products are vegan and cruelty-free, made with natural ingredients and ethically sourced, sustainable soy wax and oils to create clean-burning candles that release beautiful, strong aromas. Their products are free from nasty chemicals and palm oil.

The Business
Willow & Blossom Botanicals was born when founders Kirsty and Michael and decided to turn their hobby of candle making into a business, being inspired to create candles that not only smell beautiful but are eco-friendly, cruelty-free and suitable for vegans.

Sorores (‘sisters’ in Latin) Aromatherapy is a small company run by sisters Dominika and Basia, who ethically and sustainably create a gorgeous range of skincare and home products. Dominika and Basia are passionate about creating wellbeing products which are good for the mind, body and planet.
Their company was inspired by their annual holidays in the Polish Lake District, Mazury. The simple living, closeness to nature and being surrounded by the tranquility of the great outdoors encouraged Dominika and Basia to begin making natural products which were in balance with their lifestyle. The Business
Solasta Skin started as a dream on a vision board created by founder Jess, a skin care lover who is passionate about our planet. Jess wanted to create multi-purpose skin and body products to help people incorporate self-care into their busy lives and slow down.
In her diploma of Organic Skin Care Formulation, Jess learned how to safely and compliantly create her own skin care products. The brand was born in November 2019 with the launch of one of the luxurious Solasta Skin body scrubs.
Solasta Skin products are inspired by the beauty of nature and every product is lovingly handmade and packaged by Jess with great care. As well as creating vegan and cruelty-free products, Jess is passionate about ethics and sustainability and has built Solasta Skin on her values and beliefs which guide the brand.

Crown of Nature are a clean skincare company who create a beautiful range of body butters and bath salts using the best of nature. Founder, Dunni, spent years during her time at university creating and perfecting skincare formulations and then her need for a natural skincare option became more serious after she welcomed a baby girl in December 2018. Dunni wanted to perfect a recipe which would be suitable for the whole family and so Crown of Nature was born.
Dunni wanted to provide access to natural and affordable, yet luxurious, skincare products to help in our self-care journeys. They are passionate that, as our skin is our largest organ, the products they create are free from nasties which can be harmful to our skin and cause other health issues. Their ingredients have been ethically and thoughtfully sourced and are vegan and cruelty-free. Every product is lovingly handcrafted in small-batch in their kitchen in Beckenham.

Lovingly handmade, small-batch soaps that not only smell beautiful but will look lovely sat in your bathroom too, and invite you to enjoy a moment of calm as you use them.
As every bar is hand-cut and hand-swirled, no two are exactly the same. The Natural Spa use nourishing, high-quality oils and butters so that the soaps give the skin a moisture boost while cleansing. Each bar is also enriched with oats and clay to gently exfoliate.

The Natural Spa was founded in 2016 by Zoe Strassen from her little workshop in her parents’ garden. Glow Salt Facial Steam by Salt + Steam
The Product
A truly luxurious pamper treat to give your skin a healthy glow while relaxing your mind and body. With eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary and lemon essentials oils, Dead Sea salt and Himalayan rock salt, this gorgeous facial steam has anti-inflammatory, brightening, cleansing and hydrating benefits for your skin.
Perfect to help you unwind and give your skin the love and care it deserves, this facial steam is for both the mind and body and would make a beautiful addition to your skincare and self-care routine.
How to use:
1) Add 2 tbsp of your Steam to a heat-proof and pour over hot water until 1/3 of the bowl is full. Place the bowl on a low table.
2) Cover your head with a light towel or flannel to create a ‘steam-tent’ and sit so that your face is 30cm above the water.
3) Breathe slowly and deeply and allow your mind and body to relax. Indulge in the beautiful scent and the feeling of the steam nourishing your skin. It’s recommended to steam for 10 minutes before your cleansing and moisturising routine.

Salt + Steam is a lovely little company based in a small town in North Yorkshire, founded by two bath lovers who felt they were spending far too much time searching for body products with natural, responsibly sourced, vegan ingredients, great-looking plastic-free packaging and cruelty-free credentials. Eventually they gave up searching and decided to create their own!
Salt + Steam handcraft a gorgeous range of facial steams, bath salts and body scrubs that are full of the goodness your skin deserves and as kind to the planet as they are to your skin.
Organic Cotton & Bamboo Face Cloth by Elissa Luxe
The Product
Made from approximately 60% organic cotton and 40% bamboo, this face cloth is a lovely sustainable skincare alternative to use as part of your daily routine.
With a luxurious, soft feel, this cloth is also naturally hypoallergenic and reusable. Use to give your face a gentle cleanse and effectively remove makeup.
Wash at 30°C as instructed on the label and hang to dry if possible. As the cloth is made from natural fabrics, washing it will cause slight shrinkage, however it will become softer and more absorbent after washing!
The cloths are made in conjunction with a women’s co-operative in Kerala, India, which pays a fair wage to the local women who help to sew them.
The Business
ElissaLuxe was created from a love of skincare and a love of the environment. Elissa became more fascinated in skincare as the first signs of ageing appeared and began to pay more attention to the products she used on her skin and how they impacted our planet. She wanted something soft and luxurious which wouldn’t harm the environment.
Elissa was introduced to using cloths to remove her makeup by her grandmother who would often share skincare tips with her. Upon realising that the cloths she had always used were too abrasive, Elissa decided to create a cloth which would deeply cleanse skin without leaving it feeling raw. She makes her cloths by hand in Northern Ireland.

Tabitha Eve are a wonderful small company focused on creating sustainable products for your everyday routines, from skincare products to kitchen sponges. Debbie, the founder, began her own personal battle against waste and plastic pollution when travelling and diving the seas of Borneo. She vowed to try and do her bit to look after our precious planet and created products to replace her disposable kitchenware items, and Tabitha Eve was born.
Their mission is to replace single-use, everyday household items with eco-friendly, plastic-free alternatives and inspire people to buy reusable products. They offer a great selection of planet-friendly products for kitchen, bathroom and baby, as well as a range of gorgeous gifts!
Mini M*lk Chocolate Stars (Dairy Free) by Fetcha Chocolates
The Product
A vegan alternative to Magic Stars, these bite-size m*lk chocolate stars are the perfect delicious little treat for yourself or gift for a loved one. The chocolates are packaged with plastic-free, fully recyclable materials.
No dairy, gluten, soy, nuts, sesame or any other allergens are used in the Fetcha Chocolates workshop, however, some of their suppliers manufacture products with gluten, nuts and soy so it is possible that trace amounts of allergens may be present.
The Company
Fetcha Chocolates was founded by Fiona who designs and creates all of the chocolates by hand in their little workshop in the Scottish Highlands. Fiona’s journey to chocolate-making began about 10 years ago with her love of baking cakes. When Fiona became vegan, she found it frustrating not being able to find nice chocolates to gift to loved ones which didn’t compromise her ethics.
In 2019, when Fiona’s friend Denise asked Fiona to work with her in her newly opened chocolate shop, Fiona realised how difficult it was to find luxury gift chocolates that were suitable for everyone to enjoy. Fiona decided to turn her feelings into action and now creates a wonderful range of chocolates which look as amazing as they taste and are vegan, ethical and free from palm oil. Most of the ingredients Fetcha use are organic and fair trade and all of their packaging is plastic-free and fully recyclable. Each chocolate is a unique little work of art which has been lovingly handmade with our planet in mind.

Founded in 2019, NUDITEA started with Sophie and Josh’s mutual love for tea. Not only are Sophie and Josh passionate about creating high-quality, delicious tea which is great value, they also put our planet and ethics at the centre of what they do. Hoogly Tea is a British brand with a Nordic twist, offering a delicious selection of teas made with the finest high-quality ingredients and enhanced with naturally indulgent tastes and aromas.
Founder Tina Gloggengieser, from Aarhus in Denmark and now living in Brighton in England, is passionate about tea, food and the Nordic way of living, ‘Hygge’. Hygge is an experience; a feeling of warmth, wellbeing and cosiness. The name Hoogly comes from the pronunciation of ‘hyggelig,’ the adjective of Hygge. Tina has combined her love of tea with the mindful concept of Hygge to create a unique and healthy yet indulgent range of blends.
Each tea is hand blended and packed in the South East England, ethically sourced and fairly traded. Hoogly’s fully biodegradable, plastic-free tea pyramids are soil association certified and made from a plant extract.

Sleep Tea - Wellness Blend by Tea People
The Product
The perfect brew for bedtime. Tea People have created their delicious, caffeine-free Sleep tea to help you unwind and get ready for a deep sleep that will leave you feeling refreshed. Each ingredient has been carefully selected to support sleep and wellbeing. The rose aroma of the tea is known to promote calm and is easy on the palate.
The inner bag inside the recyclable cardboard box is made from Natureflex, which is made from wood-pulp and is fully compostable. The tea bags are plastic-free and made from a material called soilon, derived from natural glucose, which is biodegradable and can be broken down in recycling facilities, however it is not home compostable.

Tea People are a social enterprise who create a wide variety of delicious teas, from premium single estate tea to flavoured teas and herbal blends. Not only do Tea People make lovely tea, with something to suit everyone, they also support impoverished communities in and around tea-growing regions, focusing on educational development. Their vision is to eliminate poverty in tea-growing regions, so 50% of their profits go straight back into social and educational projects in these areas.
