The Product
LSW Mind Cards are a selection of 45 cards, split across 5 categories, with techniques, actions and tools to help you slow down, become more mindful of your thoughts and feelings and live a more fulfilled, happy life. The 5 categories are Gratitude, Kindness, Ritual, Journal and Reflection, which each have their own unique benefits for your wellbeing.
The idea is to shuffle the cards and to randomly select one each day and perform the action stated on that card. Carrying out the range of positive, uplifting and calming exercises will then hopefully become a habit and help you to become more connected to yourself and create greater overall happiness. The pack is small and compact so can be easily carried around in your bag and used whenever you need a moment of calm or a mood boost.
When used habitually, Mind Cards can improve your self-esteem, help you to sleep better, boost your confidence and increase your wellbeing.

The Business
LSW London was founded by Lili, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, who noticed back in 2018 that her clients were experiencing a big improvement by repeating positive habits on a daily basis. Lili realised that consistently carrying out small positive actions lead to her feeling happier and more fulfilled, as was also the case with her clients.
This inspired the first LSW London product, the LSW Mind Cards, which provide 45 carefully curated habits, tools and techniques for everyday life, based on the idea that it’s the small actions we carry out every day that define us. Today LSW London offer a full range of journals and notebooks, E-Books and guided meditations to help you look after different aspects of your wellbeing, live with intention and create healthy habits to positively impact your mental health, with beautiful and effective products.
