The Business

LSW London was founded by Lili, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, who noticed back in 2018 that her clients were experiencing profound improvement by repeating positive or habits on a daily basis. Lili realised that consistently carrying out small or brief positive actions lead to her feeling happier and more fulfilled, as was also the case with her clients.

So, Lili decided to put together 45 of her favourite habits, tools and techniques and create a pack of cards with a variety of benefits, based on the idea that it’s the small actions we carry out every day that define us.
